Cinnamon-Sugar Pretzels

Emily made these wonderful pretzels and instead of salting them after baking she brushed them with butter and sprinkled a mixture of 1/2-cup white sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. She also omitted the egg wash before baking. Ever since she discovered this recipe a few weeks ago, she has made them at least once a week!

Did you know that pretzels are boiled before baking? This was news to me!
