Cinnamon Roll Bread-Bread machine recipe

My family loves this bread, we often use it for French toast. I make the dough in my bread machine (using the dough-cycle setting) and then add the butter, cinnamon and sugar after the cycle is done.

Cinnamon Roll Bread
Add the following ingredients to your bread machine in the order listed:

1 cup + 2 TB. warm water
1 TB. butter, softened
2 TB. sugar
1 TB. non-fat dry milk powder
1-1/2 tsp. salt
3 cups flour
2 tsp. bread machine yeast

Set your machine to the "dough" cycle and press the "start" button.

Remove the dough from the bread machine after the cycle is complete and roll into a 8X12 inch rectangle. Spread 1 TB. of butter over the dough and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture (1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon) over the top. Roll the dough into a loaf shape and place in a greased loaf pan. Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size. Place the loaf pan on a cookie sheet and let it bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Remove the bread from the pan and let it cool. Enjoy!
