Five year-old criminal?

A five-year old girl was arrested during school for throwing a temper tantrum in class. She was placed in a police car with plastic ties around her wrists and handcuffs on her ankles. The girl's mother is consulting an attorney.

Personally, I hope they file a lawsuit and win the case because there is no reason for a 5 year-old child to be arrested!
