This morning I started the Couch-to-5K Running Plan. Normally, I walk about one mile per day, but I want to increase that and work towards being in better shape. Today I jogged/walked for 25 minutes, which is half the time it takes me to walk my route, and I went farther than I usually do. So that makes the first day a success!
And this: Blogging is going to slow down a little bit until summer ends because I want to spend the time with my family outside, playing and enjoying the sunshine. Two or three days a week will be my max until fall!
