Pink things

I have been eyeing these shoes for over a year now even though I am usually not a fan of pink. I have tried to talk my girls into getting them but, for them, pink is just too "girly". So, when I saw them on clearance for $5.00 they practically leaped into my shopping bag and became the first Bazooka Bubble Gum pair of shoes that I have ever owned. So fun!!!

In keeping with the pink theme, I took the following picture of a tumbleweed in our back yard. In a couple of weeks this will be covered with stickers, but for now it is covered in these tiny pink flowers, none of them bigger than a quarter of an inch:
