Snow!!!

Our first snow of the season! Looks like today will consist of snow angels, snowmen and snowball fights for the kids (oh, and some schooling, of course!), and hot chocolate on the couch in the toasty living room for mom. I love snow but only to look at, not to be in, I leave that to the kids. We are hoping that the neighbors have a "snow day" off from school since there are a few more inches of white stuff on the way!

Tonights high temperature is supposed to be -3 degrees but the sun will be shining tomorrow. That is one huge benefit of living on Colorado--all sun, all the time! 300 days per year of shining light! It makes snow days seem extra fun because a little warmth is just around the corner.
