Aubry likes to spend a lot of time helping me in the kitchen and this recipe is one that she has been preparing over the last few weeks. I thought you might like to try it with your budding cooks too!
Tootie-Frootie Salad
1 banana
1 apple
1 can of mandarin oranges
With a butter knife, cut the banana into bite-sized pieces. While your child is doing this you can cut the apple into chunks and remove the seeds and core. After you open the can of oranges pour off some of the juice. Toss the banana, apple and oranges together in a small bowl and enjoy! You can also add kiwi, grapes or berries.
